Meta Quest: Wi-Fi Issues

How to troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues on your Meta Quest headset. BASIC STEPS 1. Restart both the headset and your router. 2. Move closer to the router (5GHz network preferred). 3. Forget and rejoin the network: Settings > Wi-Fi > select network > Forget. 4. Check for software updates: Settings > System > Software Update. 5. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network. KNOWN ISSUES - Some Quest 2 devices experienced Wi-Fi issues after the Horizon v206 update. Check the Meta community forums for the latest fix if you're affected. STILL HAVING ISSUES? If your headset still won't connect to Wi-Fi, try a factory reset as a last resort. If that doesn't help, contact Meta Store Support or submit a support request through the NE DHHS XR portal.
