CHARGING - Always use the provided adapter and cable. - Charge the headset fully before first use. - Keep the headset plugged in during software updates. - If storing the headset for long periods, keep the battery at 50% or above. EXTENDING BATTERY LIFE - Close background apps when not in use. - Lower the headset brightness. - Turn off the headset when not in use rather than leaving it in sleep mode. WON'T CHARGE? 1. Try a different wall outlet. 2. Check the cable for damage. 3. Inspect the charging port on the headset for debris — clean with compressed air. 4. Try a different USB-C cable. 5. If the headset still won't charge, contact Meta Store Support.
