How to properly fit and adjust your Meta Quest headset for comfort and visual clarity. FITTING THE HEADSET 1. Loosen the back and top straps. 2. Place the headset against your face. 3. Pull the split straps over the back of your head and tighten. 4. Use the top strap to take weight off your face. 5. Tilt the headset on its arms to adjust the angle. LENS SPACING (IPD) - Use the wheel on the bottom-left of the headset to move the lenses closer together or farther apart. - Adjust until the visuals are clear and sharp. EYE RELIEF (DEPTH) 1. Tilt the arms up. 2. Hold the eye-relief button next to a lens. 3. Slide the facial interface forward or backward. 4. Repeat on both sides to match. TIPS - If the headset feels heavy, tighten the top strap to redistribute weight. - If visuals are blurry, adjust lens spacing first, then eye relief. - Remove the headset if you experience eye strain or discomfort and take a break.
